Web3 Public Goods Funding

The crypto-native movement that funds open-source software and shared infrastructure as public goods using onchain allocation mechanisms. Capital moves through quadratic funding rounds (Gitcoin Grants), retroactive public goods funding (Optimism Retro Funding), epoch-based community allocation (Octant), and ecosystem public-goods programs such as CeloPG and GoodDollar's builder programs, with matching pools amplifying many small community contributions.
