Read-only JSON. No key is required for public v2 registry reads when this release is enabled. Writes require the existing authenticated owner Desk. The v1 API remains available.

Paging and changes

List reads default to 50 records, with a maximum of 100. Send the returned meta.next_cursor unchanged for the next page. Cursors bind to the filters and record snapshot. A 409 response means data changed; restart the scan. The index lists supported filters. Unknown or repeated query parameters return 400.

observed_since asks when evidence was observed. effective_since on the changes collection asks when a published change applied. An evidence observation is not necessarily a newly awarded grant. History is limited to recorded observations; this is not a complete historical reconstruction or a guaranteed event delivery service.

Each collection has /{id} detail reads. Use IDs exactly as returned. Bulk exports are bounded to 20,000 rows and 16 MiB; larger datasets use cursor pagination. JSONL exports include a snapshot hash and record count in response headers.

Coverage and interpretation

428 organizations and 527 programs are exposed from the current registry. Detailed records currently include 220 funding events, 8 process observations and 6 typed program-term records.

A listing is not evidence of a completed payment. An output link is not proof of causal impact. Mixed grants, investments, service credits and subsidies retain separate units and conditions. Undisclosed amounts and dates stay null.

Legacy program facts are labeled registry_record; they are not silently reverified. New field assertions identify their source representation, observation date and extraction treatment. Hashes protect consistency and do not establish independent source truth or redistribution rights. No original source text is included in public record exports.
