Strategic Animal Funding Circle (SAFC) Fall 2026
The Strategic Animal Funding Circle, a group of impact-focused donors housed at Senterra and run with Ambitious Impact, funds animal-focused nonprofits through two grant rounds a year; each member donor decides independently and it is not a pooled fund. The Fall 2026 round sought interventions that reduce suffering for farmed or wild animals or reduce the number of farmed animals, with preference for requests under $200k and for organizations under four years old or with annual budgets under $500k; farm transitions, individual diet-change campaigns and sanctuaries were out of scope. Applicants must be registered nonprofits or have a fiscal sponsor and show potential and willingness to scale. Applications ran from October 8 to November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST through a Google Form, with funder review in November and final funding coordination in early December 2026. The round is closed and in review.
