Crosslink Incentivized Feature Nets
Crosslink Incentivized Feature Nets are Shielded Labs' incentivized testnets for Crosslink, a proposed Zcash upgrade that combines Proof of Work and Proof of Stake. Stakers (called Protocol Guardians), finalizers and miners earn cTAZ for activity, split 40% to miners, 40% to stakers and 20% to a Dev Fund, and ZEC is paid pro rata to the cTAZ each participant received. An article of 2 April 2026 allocates 500 ZEC in total, with 25 ZEC for the first season scheduled to begin on 15 April. A post of 29 May 2026 says the network launched about six weeks earlier, drops the planned seasonal resets, moves rewards to a rolling six-week cadence with the ZEC allocation announced before each period, and expects the network to run likely through 2026 and into 2027. The April article says to join through a Signal group by messaging the author on X.
