Cloud Compute Program
The Rust Foundation Cloud Compute Program provides free cloud compute infrastructure for Rust Project maintainers around the world, so they can build and test code faster. AWS, Google and Microsoft are listed as providers, each shown as having joined in January 2021. The program page states no credit amounts, dates or application form. Rust Forge's dev desktop page lists four dev desktop machines and says access is selectively granted: a contributor opens a pull request in the Rust team repository adding them to the cloud-compute team with a short description of how they would use the machines, and the Infra team reviews it, usually accepting when a team maintainer vouches. Each user has a 200GB disk quota.
