Open Science Meetings
Open Science NL funds meetings on topics of common interest for open science communities. Researchers with a tenured or tenure-track position at eligible Dutch research organisations can apply, with museums, libraries, patient organisations and citizen collectives allowed as co-applicants; each applicant may submit one application per year. A grant is up to EUR 15,000 per meeting from a EUR 400,000 total budget, covering participants at EUR 100 per day plus up to EUR 2,000 for travel of up to five overseas speakers. Applications are accepted at any time through NWO's ISAAC system with no intermediate deadlines; the final deadline is 10 December 2026 before 14:00 CET. A 22 October 2026 note on the page says the budget is almost depleted and one more application may be fundable, after 9% remained on 13 October 2026.
