NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship
The NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship supports PhD students whose research advances accelerated computing, with fellows working with NVIDIA researchers. Awards are up to $60,000 per student, paid through the student's university to cover stipend, tuition and mandatory fees, with no overhead or indirect costs. Applicants must have completed the first year of PhD study, work in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field, be full-time PhD students for the nine-month award year, and be available for an in-person summer internship at an eligible NVIDIA research office, which is required before the award year begins; international students may apply. Applications go through an online portal and include a research proposal of up to two pages, a CV, two to three recommendation letters and confirmation of internship availability. The 2027-2028 application window ran from September 30 to October 30, 2026, and winners are notified on January 15, 2027.
