Nebius AI Builder Program
Nebius's AI Builder Program gives builders free credits, runnable examples and technical guidance for building on open models. On October 19, 2026 Nebius and NVIDIA expanded it across Europe with a $10M commitment covering compute grants for European open-source AI projects (open models, coding agents, inference and evaluation tooling), introductions to Accel and other European VCs, and community programs.
