National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program
The National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program is a NASA program, started in 1989, that works through a national network of colleges and universities organized into 52 consortia. It funds fellowships and scholarships for students in science, math, engineering and technology, curriculum enhancement and faculty development, pre-college and public service education projects, and research and outreach that broaden public participation in NASA's aeronautics and space work. Students and faculty connect with the program through their state consortium, whose directors are listed on the NASA page.
