Mode Sequencer Fee Sharing (SFS)
Mode shares part of the sequencer fee revenue with developers, so a developer earns as an application scales. A developer registers a smart contract by calling the register function on the Sequencer Fee Sharing contract, which mints an NFT that entitles its holder to claim the fees that contract earns. The assign function links additional contracts to an existing NFT so a multi-contract app collects under one NFT. Fee balances update every two weeks on mainnet and every 24 hours on testnet, and each contract can be registered only once.
