Manos AI Fellowship
The Manos AI Fellowship is run by the leadership team at Manos Software Group to accelerate AI-native founders inside real markets, and is aimed at technical founders, AI engineers, product operators and AI-native builders who can show they ship. Fellows are full-time employees of Manos Software Group for the fellowship and must work from the Montreal office throughout. The application guide states a $65,000 CAD stipend for the first 8-month period, plus a relocation benefit that depends on location and standard employment benefits. Fellows work in squads of three to four, starting with four weeks of immersion in portfolio companies. Afterwards they can become full-time operators in a Manos portfolio company with equity, spin out as a new company with seed capital from Manos, or join the alumni network. Selection runs in three rounds, and no deadline or cohort start date is posted.
