Collective Rewards
Collective Rewards is Rootstock Collective's incentive program that pays builders and backers on a bi-weekly cycle. A builder holds and stakes RIF, posts a proposal in the Collective Rewards category of the governance forum, submits an on-chain proposal through the dApp, then completes KYC with the RootstockCollective Foundation and sets the share of rewards passed to backers. Backers stake RIF to receive stRIF and use it to vote for and back builders, and they earn a share of the rewards of the builders they back.
