Anthropic Residency
Anthropic runs the Anthropic Residency as a paid, fixed-term research program for established technical leaders such as professors in quantitative disciplines, technical founders and staff-level engineers. Placements last between six weeks and six months and pair residents with Anthropic mentors on scoped research projects, with access to models and compute. Residents receive $350,000 to $500,000 per year equivalent, pro-rated for the placement, plus benefits.
