    Polkadot Treasury Proposals accepts rolling community-governed funding requests from its network treasury for projects that benefit the Polkadot ecosystem. Any DOT holder can submit a proposal at any time. There is no deadline, and each spending track caps a single spend, from 250 DOT (Small Tipper) to 10M DOT (Treasurer).
