Intersect (Intersect MBO)

Intersect is the member-based organization now stewarding Cardano protocol development and coordinating the community budget process, including facilitating Project Catalyst / on-chain treasury withdrawal proposals. The registry's own cardano.yaml system note names Intersect as one of the ecosystem's core funding bodies, but it has no org entry yet.¹
