    EXANTE created Gecko Fund to support underfunded maintainers of established open source infrastructure used in finance, including Erlang/OTP, Scala, Java/JVM, JavaScript and developer tooling. Individuals, project teams, communities and organizations can apply for grants of EUR 10,000 to EUR 150,000 from the EUR 1 million commitment. Applications are reviewed quarterly.
