A community-governed, milestone-based grants program funded by the Polygon Community Treasury. Season 2 Direct Track applications closed April 15, 2025. From Season 3 the treasury moved to an investment and program-director model. There is no public grant apply portal as of 2026-08-29.
Season 2 of the Polygon Community Grants Program made up to 35M POL available to fund builders on Polygon, split between a Grant Allocators Track (up to 15M POL, themed around AI, DePIN, and memecoins via independent allocators like Gitcoin, IoTeX, and Eliza Labs) and a Direct Track (up to 20M POL for any category). KYC was mandatory and funding was milestone-based. The program now shows as closed on Questbook.
Polygon Ecosystem DAO Season 1 introduced a community bounty program for contributors to claim tasks and earn rewards for completed work. This early ecosystem program has concluded and is retained as a historical round.
Polygon Labs launched a one-year bounty program in April 2023 with $40,000 in USDC-denominated awards for high-quality Polygon Improvement Proposals. The governance team evaluated eligible core, contracts, interface, and informational PIPs quarterly, with award sizes based on proposal quality, complexity, impact, and implementation work.
Polygon Village's 2023 grants format funded projects building on Polygon. This historical program was later succeeded by the Polygon Community Grants Program.
Following on from the Celo Seasons 0 funding approval, Prezenti is pleased to open its ‘Almond Round’ of Celo grant funding! Like the Mint round, this round is open to all builders on Celo for a period of time. This round is facilitated using Charmverse .
We are thrilled to announce that a selected team from Celo Camp Batch 9 or the Startup Pathway will win a $25,000 cUSD Growth Pool grant from Prezenti! This is a $25,000 cUSD grant for delivering their next set of works, against agreed milestones. One payment of $12,500 upfront and the final payment of $12,500 upon successful completion.
Protocol Labs Research funds goal-driven and open research advancing distributed systems, cryptography, networking, and web3/crypto-networks (the technologies behind IPFS, Filecoin, and related projects), via topic-specific RFPs, a wildcard RFP-X, open research awards, and fellowships (e.g. a $60k PL Research Doctoral Fellowship; Cryptonet network grants of ~$25k-$35k). Individual RFPs are reviewed on their own schedules. The general Open Research Grants program has been paused since early 2023.
A completed six-week global hackathon for open-source demos using Pyth Price Feeds or Entropy with real market data. Participants competed for PYTH rewards.
Season 2 of Quadratic Accelerator on Polygon combined quadratic funding with protocol-sponsored token launches for four projects. The April 29 to May 13, 2025 round provided each cohort project with POL liquidity worth $50,000, plus matching-pool allocations based on unique buyer participation. The published impact report records the completed cohort and round outcomes.
A season-based Decentraland funding program for small open-source projects that can ship within 90 days. Season 1 offered up to $15,000 in MANA for mobile content and AI-assisted builder tooling; applications closed April 24, 2026. No later season has been announced.
Retroactive funding for projects built on Avalanche C-Chain and Avalanche L1s, run in recurring tracked rounds; community leaderboard voting is advisory, the Avalanche Foundation makes final award decisions.

A Rubicon developer fund that Optimism governance described as approved and active in October 2024. The update authorized roughly 110,000 OP in unused allocations for builders and contributors, but no current application route, intake status, or closure notice could be verified.
A three-month Scroll Community Council pilot funding events, meetups, hackathons, and flexible community requests worldwide. Individual awards ranged from $200 to $10,000 within an approved SCR 312,500 program budget.

The Scroll Forum has opened applications for DCP 1 - State of Scroll Research, a pilot under the Delegates Contribution Program, with a total budget of 18,000 USDC for an 8-10 week project targeting a deadline of May 31, 2026. Roles include Data & Analytics (5,000 USDC), Format & Visualization (2,000 USDC), and Regional Researchers & Storytellers (2,200 USDC per region) focusing on regions like LATAM, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and APAC.
Purpose and Background The Ecosystem Growth Council (EGC) represents Scroll DAO’s first experiment in council-based governance. After previous attempts to launch growth programs through broader community processes, the DAO recognized that ecosystem growth requires dedicated expertise and focused decision-making.
