A 90-day ENS DAO pilot that distributes viewpoint-neutral incentives to active delegates and their delegators using time-weighted balances, recipient caps, and monthly claimless transfers. Governance authorized 90,000 ENS for rewards and 5 ETH for sponsored delegation gas, with unused funds returned to the treasury after the pilot. Distributions are claimless. There is no application form.
DARPA and NSF developed AI Forge to fund and manage university-led research in AI interpretability, AI control, and adversarial robustness. Its initial university-capabilities request for information closed June 22, 2026 after receiving nearly 130 responses. No public funding call has opened since that RFI.

After previous attempts to launch growth programs through broader community processes, the DAO recognized that ecosystem growth requires dedicated expertise and focused decision-making.
