iExec
iExec promotes an Ecosystem Fund and Grants Program supporting dApps in DeFi, AI, RWA, and other use cases, per its official ecosystem fund page. iExec is absent from the org registry; a companion signal (10963) shows it also running a small privacy-focused hackathon ($1,500 pool).
Free and Open Source Software Sustainability Fund
The Open Technology Fund's flagship fund for internet freedom worldwide — censorship circumvention, privacy and secure communications, digital-security capacity building, and applied research. Concept notes are accepted on a rolling basis; most requests fall between $50,000 and $200,000 (range $10,000-$900,000), open to individuals and organizations of any nationality except those under OFAC sanctions, with priority for those working in repressive environments.

Open Philanthropy
Coefficient Giving's (formerly Open Philanthropy) fund supporting technical AI safety research, AI governance and policy, and capacity-building to grow the field. Published grants include general support for organizations, compute funds for AI safety research, and individual research projects such as studies on model organisms of reward-hacking, chain-of-thought faithfulness, latent adversarial training, and software formal verification.
NEAR Foundation
