BlueDot Impact Rapid Grants funds concrete AI safety and biosecurity projects, including research, events, tooling, compute, and travel. Grants range from $50 to $10,000 and the program reports that most applicants receive a decision within one week.
A rolling DIV Fund request for proposals supporting evidence-driven innovations across global development. GiveWell provided $5 million over three years for selected water quality and access projects; awards range from pilot grants up to $200,000 to scaling grants up to $1.5 million.
Effective Altruism Funds accepts rolling applications for people, projects, nonprofits, and institutions through its Animal Welfare, EA Infrastructure, and Long-Term Future funds. Requests can range from $1,000 to $500,000; the Global Health and Development Fund is currently closed.
Coefficient Giving (formerly Open Philanthropy) runs a Global Catastrophic Risks Opportunities Fund with open routes for career development and transition support, plus programs and events related to catastrophic risks, biosecurity, and effective altruism.
A fully funded fellowship run by Watson Institute with Google for community leaders using AI or technology in eligible Google data center communities. The 2026 program runs from September 2026 through January 2027 and includes training, mentorship, a virtual summit, and a $1,000 stipend for each fellow's community workshop. The July 12 priority deadline has passed, but applications remain open on a rolling basis until the cohort is filled.
Google for Startups Cloud Program's AI tier offers eligible venture-backed AI startups up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits over two years, plus technical support and access to Google's AI ecosystem. The first-party page currently accepts applications.
NSF CISE's Future Computing Research solicitation supports foundational and interdisciplinary work across algorithms, communications, computing education, systems, human-centered computing, information systems, networking, robust intelligence, software, and hardware. Proposals are accepted at any time, with recurring target dates for the corresponding review cycles.
