Arbitrum Foundation

Manifund (AI safety regranting)
A regranting program that gives independent budgets ($100k+) to expert regrantors in AI safety, who recommend fast, small grants ($5k-$50k) to seed early-stage projects; applicants can also post projects publicly on the Manifund platform for donors and regrantors to fund. Regrants can go to registered charities and individuals, with for-profits eligible pending due diligence.
Mantle Foundation
A $200M catalyzed capital pool funding early-stage ecosystem projects in partnership with 20+ venture firms (incl. Polychain, Dragonfly), providing deal structuring, fundraising assistance, and exchange-listing support rather than fixed grant rounds. NEAR Foundation
Metrics-based rewards system for NEAR projects that ties funding directly to on-chain development activity and user adoption metrics, rather than a discretionary grants review.
Cardano Foundation

Polkadot Treasury Proposals accepts rolling community-governed funding requests from its network treasury for projects that benefit the Polkadot ecosystem. SDF's venture-style investment fund for companies building on the Stellar network, distinct from the grant-based Stellar Community Fund.
Stripe Climate
Stripe Climate lets businesses of any size fund frontier carbon removal by directing a share of revenue to Stripe's portfolio of carbon-removal purchases.
Arbitrum Foundation
Arbitrum's DRIP incentive program completed Season 1 in February 2026. Season 2 remains paused while its committee evaluates strategy; the DAO extended the program mandate through July 1, 2027 without adding funding.
Gitcoin
GG24 Deep Funding is Gitcoin's mechanism for allocating funding to open-source repositories valuable to Ethereum, using model-weighted submissions reviewed by round operators and an expert committee. The Web3 Tooling and Infra Round approved $350,000 for allocation under this mechanism.
